7-Eleven Philippines SLURP & POSE Contest

PROMO MECHANICS:

1. This contest is open to Philippine residents within Luzon (where 7-Eleven stores are) with a Facebook account AND who have easy access to a 7-Eleven store. Those who do not meet all qualifications are automatically disqualified.
2. Log on to your Facebook account and “Like” the 7-Eleven Philippines Facebook Page.
3. Have your photo taken with your barkada with any one of the Slurpee Rangers. The Slurpee Ranger standees may be found in any 7-Eleven store. Photo must follow ALL photo guidelines.

   PHOTO GUIDELINES
   
   a. There must be 3 to 5 members in your barkada, no more, no less.
   b. All members of the barkada must be holding a Slurpee.
   c. Participant must tag all friends included in the photo, plus 7-Eleven and include a photo caption and the tagline: Mag Slurpee Muna in the photo.
   

   Ex. Caption. Mag Slurpee Muna! Friend 1, Friend 2, Friend 3, Friend 4, Friend 5 sa 7-Eleven Philippines

   d. Photo must be posted on the participant’s profile page and not on the 7-Eleven Wall.
   e. Only minor digital enhancements for cropping, red-eye removal, filters, color adjustments, brightness and contrast will be allowed. Otherwise, digitally altered photos will not be accepted as qualified entries.
   f. You are encouraged to be creative with your photos. The criteria for judging is as follows:

   Originality and Creativity – 50%
   Relevance to the Theme – 30%
   Overall Impact – 15%
   Online Votes (Facebook Likes)– 5%

   g. By submitting your photo entries, the participant acknowledges the following:
   

   - Your photo must not contain any obscene elements, nudity or anything sexually explicit.
   - The photo submitted must belong to the participants and must not infringe on the rights of a third party.
   - All photo entries automatically become property of 7-Eleven Philippines. 7-Eleven Philippines reserves the right to use the photos for promotional purposes.
   - 7-Eleven Philippines reserves the right to delete and disqualify entries that violate these conditions.

   h. Only one (1) entry per Facebook account.
   i. A person may pose in more than one barkada shot.
   

4. Make sure that your post will be visible on our Wall, otherwise we will not be able to view and judge your photo. Check that your Facebook Privacy Settings are visible to everyone. To do this, go to “Privacy Settings” on your account and make sure that “Your status, photos, and posts” are visible to Everyone.
   
5. Prize at stake is one iPod Nano, 8 GB for each member of the barkada in the photo submitted.
   
6. The identities of all winners are subject to verification.
7. The winners will be sent their official notification via email. A provincial winner will be given the option to redeem their prize at the 7-Eleven store nearest their residence.
8. The prize may be claimed at the 7-Eleven Head Office within sixty (60) days after the receipt of the official notification. If the prize is not redeemed within the prescribed period will be forfeited in favor of the Philippine Seven Corporation.
9. The prize is not convertible to cash. Employees of the Philippine Seven Corporation and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
10. Submission Period is from May 16– 29 2011. Voting Period is up to 3 PM May 30, 2011.
